Growing up, I swam ever since I can remember and competitvely since 6th grade. Once I got to college, I took a break which ended up lasting a decade or so. In May, I started working out again and I couldn’t even swim a straight 200. It’s taken 2 months and now I finally feel like I can keep in the slow lane. In order to motivate myself, I’ve decided to try to log my progression. And maybe in the future, I’ll use it to do my own workouts.
