Holy Tuna, Batman!

Occasionally, I head over to Edgewater, NJ to do some food shopping at Mitsuwa - a japanese supermarket. This Sunday was a little different.

They had evidently acquried a blue fin tuna and then turned it into a show with performances at 12PM and 3PM. The sushi chefs couldn’t slice and dice fast enough for the crowds. It was amazing to see how little waste they were producing from the fish.
